Group travel

PASSENGERS

Group discounts are available for groups of 10 passengers or more*, traveling on the same flight.

*Excluding infants under two years of age at the time of travel.

PAYMENT

Group tickets must be paid in full within 30 days of departure.

A non-refundable deposit of DKK200 (Approx. US$ 30) per passenger applies.

NAMES

The names of all passengers must be provided no later than 10 days before departure.

The names entered must correspond precisely to the names on the passports.

PRINTING

Group tickets must be issued no later than 72 hours before departure.

CHANGES

Travel dates and destinations can be changed free of charge until the full payment has been made. However, any fare difference must be paid.

Once the full payment has been received, these changes incur a fee of US$ 30 per passenger, plus any possible fare difference. 24 hours or less before departure, these changes incur a fee of US$ 74 per passenger. 

Name changes are allowed at no fee 24 hours or more before departure. A US$ 89 fee applies to name changes between 24 and two hours before departure. Name changes are not allowed less than two hours before departure.

Accommodation and other transport arrangements cannot be changed four weeks or less before departure.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

A full refund (- deposit) is available 30 days or more before departure.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

One piece (max. 23kg) per passenger + handluggage (max. 8kg) + computer- or handbag.

It is the passengers' responsibility to ensure that names and travel times are correct.

Possible errors must be reported immediately.
