You are receiving this letter because you are considered at risk of being infected with new coronavirus (Covid-19).
Coronavirus is a newly discovered virus originating in China and is related to MERS and SARS. The symptoms are pneumonia: fever, dry cough in some cases, difficulty breathing. It is likely that coronavirus may also cause mild symptoms that do not necessarily lead to examination and/or hospitalization - Coronavirus does not appear to be as serious as MERS or SARS.
It takes approx. 7 days, from being infected to developing the disease. However, this period can range from 2-12 days.
Coronavirus is most likely transmitted via respiratory secretion, but other secretions may contain viruses. Viruses are transmitted either via drops that are transmitted at a short distance, for example by coughing or sneezing or by coming in direct contact with the secretion (hand washing is therefore very important).
The health authorities should ask you to follow the precautions below.
For 14 days it is recommended that you stay in your home with the immediate family.
