Gift cards - Terms and conditions

Purchase

Gift cards can be purchased on our website www.atlantic.fo. They are sent by email to the purchaser as a link in PDF format. The link can be printed out or forwarded by email to the recipient.

The lowest amount permitted for a purchase is DKK 200.

Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase.

Payment

Payment can be made by VISA, Eurocard or Mastercard. Online payments are processed via Quickpay A/S.

Please note: The purchase can be cancelled within 24 hours and the full amount refunded.

The amount is transferred to the same payment card that the gift card was paid with.

If you have entered the wrong amount by mistake, you must contact us, at [email protected] or by calling tel. 34 10 00, and we can correct the amount for you.

Use

Gift cards can only be used to buy tickets on the Atlantic Airways route network

Select a flight on atlantic.fo and select "Gift card" as the method of payment. Then click "Continue" and enter the gift card number.

If the trip costs more than the value of the gift card, the difference can be paid by payment card.
