You become a member on our website by creating an account at the top of our website or further up on this page. Each individual membership requires an email address. This also applies to children.

No, points earned are personal and are linked to the person who owns the Súlubonus card. Therefore two or more people cannot add their points together.

You can always see your points and trips in your Súlubonus account. If you have forgotten to register points at departure, or if you have booked a ticket outside the account, you can register your points afterwards when you log in to your Súlubonus account. You can register points afterwards up to six months after the trip has been completed. If you have any questions about this, you can contact our customer service at [email protected]
As a new Súlubonus member you can register and receive points for trips made up to 30 days before you first signed up for the programme.
Please note that this only applies to trips after 28.03.17
No, that is not possible.
Yes, but the type of ticket determines how many points you get. Atlantic Airways nevertheless reserves the right to exclude ticket types and destinations from the Súlubonus programme; for example special flights in accordance with the terms §3.5. Charter flights do not earn points. See the points table further up on the page.

Points earned must be used within seven years.
Yes, taxes and charges must be paid for Súlubonus tickets – and these amounts vary depending on the route selected.
Súlubonus points are personal. However, the following household members may use another person's points, provided that the owner has given consent: spouse, registered partner or cohabitant, as well as children in the household who are younger than 25 years. The household members mentioned may use the points without the owner travelling with them.
Yes, on all scheduled routes, but not on charter flights.
A certain number of Súlubonus tickets are available on almost all routes. However, they may sell out, and therefore it is wise to book in good time.
Yes, it is possible to change the name, travel date and route, but it is a condition that Súlubonus tickets are available. Each leg costs 50 DKK to change, which is also the cost of changing the travel date or route. In addition to this there may be a price difference in the travel charges.
The name on a Súlubonus ticket can only be changed to someone who is registered in your account as a family member. That is to say a spouse, registered partner, cohabitant or children in the household who are younger than 25 years. A name change costs 100 DKK.
You can also cancel your Súlubonus trip; that costs DKK 50 for each leg. That is, if you for example cancel a trip to Copenhagen and back, this costs 100 DKK. If you cancel your Súlubonus trip, any points that have expired are forfeited.
Please note! Changes or cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before the first departure. After this it is not possible to change or cancel, and the Súlubonus points are forfeited. If a cancellation is made 24 hours or less before departure, only the travel charges - 50 DKK. per leg - are refunded.
Yes! The more points you earn, the better the membership you get. And with that come more benefits such as lounge access and Fast-track.
Please note that we are continuously developing the Súlubonus programme, and therefore more benefits will come in the future.
No, if you want to change, for example, the date on a Súlubonus ticket, it is necessary that a Súlubonus ticket is available on the new date.
