Passengers
Group offers are given when at least 10 adults or children between 2 and 11 years travel together.
The group price only applies as long as there are at least 10 people (infants - under 2 years - do not count) in the travel party, and they must travel at the same time.
Group tickets must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
A deposit of DKK400 per passenger is required, and it is not refunded.
The names of the passengers must reach us no later than 10 days before departure.
The names must match the passport.
Group tickets must be issued at the latest 72 hours before departure.
A name change is free of charge, up to 24 hours before departure. If the name is to be changed between 24 and 2 hours before departure, this costs DKK 600 per person. 2 hours or less before departure, a name change is not permitted.
Cancellation/refund: The deadline for a full refund (- deposit) is 30 days before
departure.
Accommodation/transport bookings become binding four weeks before departure.
Travel dates and destinations can be changed without extra cost, until the full payment for
the tickets has been received. If there is a price difference on the tickets, it must still be paid.
After the full payment for the tickets has been made, these changes cost DKK 200 per person + any price difference. 24 hours or less before departure these changes cost DKK 500 per person + any price difference.

1 piece (max 23 kg) per passenger + hand luggage (max 8 kg) + 1 laptop bag or handbag.

The passengers are obliged to check that names and travel times are correct, and to have the necessary documents and any required travel permits in order to travel to the final destination
Any errors must be reported immediately.
