24-hour cancellation right for flight tickets
We give our customers the option to cancel their purchase within 24 hours from when they book, and receive a full refund, provided that this is no later than three hours before departure.
If you book a trip with Atlantic Airways and then find that you have misspelt a name, chosen the wrong date or changed your mind about your purchase, you can receive a full refund for the ticket if you contact us within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
