Group travel

If you are a group of 10 adults and/or children between the ages of 2 and 11 travelling together, you can request a group travel offer. We offer more flexibility and lenient conditions when travelling as a group.

PRICES AND CONDITIONS
  • The price for group tickets may differ from the price for individual tickets; however, group tickets are more flexible.
  • Name changes are free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. After that, name changes incur a fee. Name changes can be made up to three hours before the first departure.
  • Deadlines for payment, name lists, and other conditions will be specified in the offer.
  • A group offer is only available if at least 10 adults and/or children between 2 and 11 years old travel together. The group price is only valid if at least 10 people travel at the same time—infants younger than two years do not count.

Terms and conditions for group travel

PASSENGERS

Group discounts are available for groups of 10 passengers or more*, travelling on the same flight.

*Excluding infants under two years of age at the time of travel.

PAYMENT

Group tickets must be paid in full within 30 days of departure.

A non-refundable deposit of DKK400 per passenger applies.

NAMES

The names of all passengers must be provided no later than 10 days before departure.

The names entered must correspond exactly to the names on the passports.

TICKET ISSUED

Group tickets must be issued no later than 72 hours before departure.

 

CHANGES

Travel dates and destinations can be changed free of charge until the full payment has been made. However, any fare difference must be paid.

Once the full payment has been received, these changes incur a fee of DKK 200 per passenger, plus any possible fare difference. 24 hours or less before departure these changes incur a fee of DKK 500 per passenger. 

Name changes are allowed at no fee 24 hours or more before departure. A DKK 600 fee applies to name changes between 24 and two hours prior to departure. Name changes are not allowed less than two hours before departure.

Accommodation and other transport arrangements cannot be changed four weeks or less prior to departure.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

A full refund (minus the deposit) is available 30 days or more before departure.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

One piece (max. 23kg) per passenger + handluggage (max. 8kg) + computer- or handbag.
