FLEX can be purchased both as a one-way and as a return ticket. Based on your search criteria, you will always find our cheapest available one-way or return tickets at atlantic.fo.
The closer to departure, the greater the likelihood that Flex tickets are sold out.
Yes, children under 12 years of age receive a discount, and in addition the passenger will, of course, earn Súlubonus points for the trip if they have created a Súlubonus account at atlantic.fo before departure.
FLEX on the Atlantic Airways Denmark route gives 750 Súlubonus points for a one-way ticket. Read more about Súlubonus, and how many points you get for each ticket, HERE.
The route, the date and the name can be changed. Changing the name is free of charge, but if you change the route or the travel date, any price difference must be paid.
If the ticket was purchased at atlantic.fo, you can change the travel date and the destination yourself on our website under the tab “My Booking” once without a service fee. If you need to make changes more than once, please call Customer Service.
A name change can only be made by contacting Customer Service. If the ticket was purchased from a travel agency, only the travel agency can change the ticket.
If Atlantic Airways Customer Service is to change the ticket, a service fee must be paid. Please contact your travel agency for information about any fees for tickets purchased from the travel agency.
The Flex ticket can be refunded, less DKK 500.
Within 24 hours, and at the latest three hours before departure, everything is refunded if the ticket was purchased at atlantic.fo or through Atlantic Airways Customer Service.
Taxes and charges can, however, always be refunded on unused tickets. After 24 hours a service fee is charged for the refund.
Please contact your travel agency for information about any fees for tickets purchased from the travel agency.
Remember that you can buy cancellation insurance from your insurance company in order to be compensated should something unexpected happen. Your insurance company can give you further details of the terms.
The ticket is valid for 12 months from the first travel date.
Adults and children aged 2-11 can bring two pieces of luggage free of charge, weighing up to 23 kg each as checked luggage, and 8 kg as hand luggage.
Infants without their own seat who are not yet 2 years old can bring one piece of luggage weighing up to 23 kg as checked luggage.
Yes, a seat can be booked when the ticket is purchased. We also offer you online check-in on our website 48 hours before departure from most airports.
