Yes, the Low ticket can be purchased on all our routes.
Yes, Low tickets can always be purchased. However, availability is limited, so this type of ticket may be sold out.
Children under 12 years of age receive a discount, and in addition the passenger will, of course, earn Súlubonus points for the trip if they have created a Súlubonus account at atlantic.fo before departure.
LOW tickets on the Atlantic Airways Denmark route give 500 Súlubonus points for a one-way ticket. Read more about Súlubonus here.
Yes, the route and the travel date can be changed. These changes cost DKK 500 each. In addition, any price difference must be paid.
The name can also be changed for a fee of DKK 600.
For example, if you want to change the name + the travel date or the route, it costs DKK 1,100 + any price difference.
Please note: when a combined ticket is changed, the Flex+ part can be changed without a change fee. However, a price difference may still apply.
If the ticket was purchased at atlantic.fo, the route and/or the travel date can be changed online on our website under the tab “My booking” once. If you need to make changes more than once, please call Customer Service on tel. 34 10 00.
A name change can only be made by contacting Customer Service.
If the ticket was purchased from your travel agency, only the travel agency can change the ticket. Please contact your travel agency for information about any fees for tickets purchased from the travel agency.
If Atlantic Airways Customer Service is to change the ticket, a service fee must be paid.
The Low ticket cannot be refunded, except within the 24-hour time limit.
Within 24 hours everything is refunded.
Taxes and charges can, however, always be refunded on unused tickets. After 24 hours a service fee is charged for the refund.
Adults and children aged 2-11 can bring one piece of checked luggage weighing up to 23 kg, as well as 8 kg of hand luggage.
Infants without their own seat who are not yet two years old can bring one piece of checked luggage weighing up to 23 kg.
Yes, for an extra fee of DKK 75 each way.
In addition, you can check in online free of charge 48 hours before departure, and you can then also select a seat. This applies at most airports.
